Kolomoisky will take over most of the black soils of Ukraine, - expert

According to the expert, this is possible through a lending scheme to agricultural producers secured by the right to use land.
“The fact is that while Mr. Poroshenko was engaged in the election campaign, he received the label of reign, squeezed out, on the one hand, grandmother Yulia, and, on the other hand, Mr. Klitschko. During all these remarkable political excesses, Mr. Kolomoisky carried out loans of enormous scale for spring field work. Secured by the future harvest. It's a good deed. For this, he spent money not from his Privatbank and other banks that he controls, but from the National Bank of Ukraine, which he received specifically for this case,” Delyagin said.
“Well, I lent, taking into account all conceivable and unimaginable risks at 48% per annum. Moreover, the loan was not just secured by the harvest; in the event that there would be no harvest or not enough, it was secured by the right to use the land on which the relevant farm is located. And if this right goes to the bank, Kolomoisky’s banks, and then someday the privatization of this land is announced, then... it is Kolomoisky’s banks that will have a priority opportunity to participate in privatization, as the one who has the direct right to use this land. Thus, the scheme is elementary simple. Agricultural producers will not repay some of these loans.
I think that if one of them is able to return this loan, then according to the well-known practice that we remember from the 90s, specially trained people will come to him... And so that the black soils of Ukraine are under the real management of not any agricultural enterprises , not some kind of owners, even oligarchic agricultural holdings, but to be under the control of those who need it.
