He stated this on his Facebook page, criticizing statement by the head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaichenko about the involvement of the leadership of the Dnepropetrovsk Regional State Administration in the murder of an SBU officer in Volnovakha, in particular, Gennady Korban and Svyatoslav Oleynik.
“I was outraged that Valentin Nalyvaichenko named the suspects 2 days after the murder, even without conducting a proper investigation. In particular, according to my information, smuggling is protected by the SBU, and not by officials of local administrations,” the people’s deputy said.
“I am convinced that Mr. Nalyvaichenko made a provocative statement at the request of President Petro Poroshenko, which actually destabilizes state power in the region
Knowing how much the leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk region has done to preserve statehood, how decisively it is fighting the descendants of the Yanukovych regime, I can declare my disagreement with the decision of Petro Poroshenko,” Kupriy wrote.
“For my part, as a human rights activist, I see that President Poroshenko:
- He did not fulfill his election promises to sell his business - the Lipetsk factory and Channel 5.
- He entered into a conspiracy with anti-state oligarchs and gave instructions not to investigate the crimes of the Yanukovych regime as a criminal organization.
- Together with his protege, the chairman of the NBU, Gontareva, he made billions from the instability of the monetary system.
- Covering up the unprofessional leadership of the General Staff and treason in the SBU contributed to the death of our soldiers in the Donbass.
- To please Putin, he violated Ukraine’s international obligations to the European Union and stopped the process of ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, so as not to go to jail himself for the massacres of civilians in the Donbass.
- He failed the reform of law enforcement agencies and the tax system, and contributed to the adoption of an anti-people budget and a decline in social standards.
- The creation of an independent Anti-Corruption Bureau is being delayed.
- Unlawfully influences justice in high-profile criminal cases. In the Gongadze case, he blocked the process of declassifying the case materials in order to allow those who ordered the murder to avoid punishment.
- Blocked the process of rehabilitation of political prisoners of the Yanukovych regime and created a precedent of criminal prosecution of participants in peaceful protests who criticize the authorities.
- Supports the principle of “selective justice” and does not act in cases of obvious violation of people’s rights,” the people’s deputy listed the complaints against the Ukrainian president.
“Poroshenko still continues to deceive the Ukrainian people. For the following reasons, I am forced to leave the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction in the Verkhovna Rada.
I urge all members of the BPP faction who share my opinion to join me and create a separate parliamentary group that will implement, not in word, but in deed, what was promised to people in our election programs!” – said Kupriy.
