Against the backdrop of the fuss around the land market, paid for by various interest groups, a much more interesting plot somehow faded into the background - the confrontation between Kolomoisky and the promoters of international financial institutions and speculators, referred to in Ukraine by the generalized and frankly derogatory term “Soros.”

The campaign of defamation in the grant-eating media about the “negative influence on the president of the Kolomoisky group” has been going on without stopping for a day since the emergence of a new president in Ukraine. Moreover, what is important, not only at the national, but also at the foreign level. With an eye to damaging the reputation of the oligarch, and at the same time the president, who does not want to break with him, in the foreign media.

Finally, Kolomoisky was struck at the most sacred thing. Under pressure from international structures, the Cabinet of Ministers submitted to the Rada a bill prohibiting the return of previously nationalized banks to the former owners, even if such a decision is made by the court. Previously, this is exactly what was promised to the “Soros” and “Rothschilds” at the British Chatham House by Alexei Goncharuk, the prime minister of the “Soros cabinet,” who spoke there.

As you understand, such an initiative is directed with all its force against the interests of Kolomoisky, who is trying to spin the wheel of the domestic Themis back and regain PrivatBank, forcing the state to abandon multi-billion dollar claims against the former shareholders.

And this is not to mention the failure of the cavalry attack on Akhmetov’s interests launched by Kolomoisky’s lobbyists in the Rada - by increasing rent payments for his mining plants.

Add to this the loss of control over key industries outsourced: military-industrial complex, finance, transport. There, as if in mockery, grant-eaters from the old greasy deck were appointed to key posts: Nayem - to Ukroboronprom to another “Varangian” Abromavicius, Zalischuk - advisor to Prime Minister Alexei Goncharuk on foreign policy issues, and Leshchenko - to the supervisory board of Ukrzaliznytsia.

In a word, Kolomoisky is nervous: despite some local successes, he is losing strategically, and hopes for control over the dominant heights in the country are melting away like dew in the sun.

All this fuss would not have received such wide publicity if purely domestic interest had not overlapped with the broader context associated with the US elections. Trump’s envoys began to frequent Zelensky’s entourage immediately after taking office. White House emissaries tried to persuade them to release the incriminating evidence on American high-ranking Democrats that had accumulated during the presidency of Obama and his appointed ambassadors in Kyiv, Geoffrey Pyatt and Marie Yovanovitch.

First of all, it was about the dark affairs of Biden Jr. on the board of directors of the Burisma company of the Ukrainian ex-minister Zlochevsky. Then - about the vigorous activity of American diplomats in fabricating, with the help of their lured Ukrainian puppets, compromising evidence on Trump and his then entourage. This is the so-called “the case of the Party of Regions barn book,” in which Trump’s election manager Paul Manafort was convicted in the United States.

Not only American diplomats from the embassy are directly involved in the fabrication of this case, but also local personnel who they lobbied for leadership positions in the Ukrainian special services. In particular, the then deputy head of the SBU, and today the deputy prosecutor general Viktor Trepak, the head of NABU Artem Sytnik and his deputy Giya Uglava. And also a number of American agents of influence “in civilian clothes” - Euro-optimist people’s deputies Leshchenko and Nayem, anti-corruption officials Shabunin and Zalischuk and others, who did not leave the embassy.

This entire public was tightly sucked in by the Clinton group. And in Ukraine they were represented by Kuchma’s son-in-law, billionaire Viktor Pinchuk, one of the major foreign donors to Hillary Clinton’s election fund and the organizer of many social events with the participation of the US “democratic” establishment – such as the Yalta “Yes” forum, which after the loss of Crimea moved its activities to Kyiv.

After Zelensky’s victory, it seemed that there would definitely be no place for a new guarantor at the “court” of this entire public. Indicative in this sense was the story of squeezing out of the orbit of power Sergei Leshchenko, an “enemy of the United States” by definition, Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

However, this did not last long. Already at the end of August, with the formation of the new government, it became clear that we were facing a “Soros cabinet” - most of the ministers in which are in one way or another connected with the grant-eating “office of effective reforms” BRDO, with the fosterlings of the Soros Foundation, lobbyists of the Rothschilds and the IMF.

Actually, this is essentially the anti-Trump coalition. In fact, American Democrats took revenge in Ukraine, despite the fact that Zelensky himself fell in line with Trump, calling him “Friend and Great Teacher” in a well-known telephone conversation.

Against this background, people’s deputies Andrei Derkach and Alexander Dubinsky came out to the press conference. With a report on the Biden family's corrupt ties to Ukraine. Then Giuliani flew to Kyiv for several days. I met with Derkach and Dubinsky, and with ex-Prosecutor General Shokin, who suffered from the Soros, and with investigator Kulik, who was fired from the GPU, who was investigating the case of fraud in the NBU during the time of Gontareva.

The very same case that Dubinsky’s comrades were forbidden to investigate within the framework of the parliamentary investigative commission, citing the cry of the IMF. Obviously, the Americans did not waste their time - they dug their noses into the earth in search of compromising material on Trump’s potential rival.

And now - a new press conference. At the arena there are still the same Derkach and Dubinsky. And a certain piece of paper from Soviet times, from which it follows that the oligarch Viktor Pinchuk collaborated with the KGB under the operational pseudonym “Valery”. For the American audience, this turn of events is more than interesting: it turns out that not only Trump became president thanks to Putin, but Hillary was also sponsored by a KGB agent. And although the KGB has long been no longer in existence, its agents, as we know, are never former. Moreover, according to People’s Deputy Derkach, Pinchuk is allegedly selling off assets and preparing to flee Ukraine.

However, the latter is most likely the fruit of the people’s deputy’s heated imagination. It’s interesting that Andrei Derkach himself comes from a secret service family. His dad, Leonid Derkach, served as head of the SBU during the time of Leonid Kuchma, whose son-in-law is Viktor Pinchuk.

During the presidency of Leonid Kuchma, Derkach did not accuse Pinchuk of working for the KGB, but was a member of the faction of the pro-Kuchma Labor Ukraine party, one of the key sponsors and leaders of which was... Victor Pinchuk. Also, Derkach, according to his biography, graduated from the Academy of the FSB of Russia in 1990-1993, and his diploma work was called “Organizing and conducting meetings with secret agents.”

The publication of incriminating evidence on Pinchuk by many in Kyiv was regarded as Kolomoisky and his situational allies coming out of the trenches and a kind of announcement of the “great battle” between the Kolomoiskys and the Sorosites. At the same time, each of the participants in this unspoken alliance solves its own problems. Kolomoisky defends his interests, and the circles tied to Trump’s entourage defend theirs. But the targets are common.

The press conference with Pinchuk’s receipt from the KGB coincided with the scandal surrounding the court’s decision recognizing the head of NABU Sytnik, that same loyal creature of the American Democrats, as a “corrupt official.” Naturally, People's Deputy Dubinsky was the first to drive the wave. Of course, Sytnik was the subject of his revelations even during his time working at Kolomoisky’s “Plyus” (“Plus”). But the grant-eating media did their best to suppress inconvenient information about Sytnik. For which Dubinsky dipped them to the very top with relish in his blog:

“The odious trash of Radio Liberty refrained from publishing the news that the director of NABU Sytnyk was recognized by a court decision as a corrupt official. The next time they say something about standards, immediately poke your face in the pissing rag.”

Or this: “I found news in the odious trash magazine “Novoe Vremya” that “Penis Fishes” have covered a beach in California. I couldn’t find the news about the corrupt official Artem Sytnik. Penises are more important to Soros."

Or: “I went to the page of Bigus, a specialist in cars. There is news about my Mercedes. There is no news about Sytnik, who crashed someone else’s ATV, and whom the court found to be a corrupt official. Tell me, maybe I’m looking for something wrong?” And so on, in the same spirit.

Kolomoisky’s lobbyist is attacking his parliamentary colleagues from Servant of the People.

“The head of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Rada, a former employee of the Shabunin CPC Anastasia Krasnoselskaya, refused to comment on the court decision recognizing the director of NABU Sytnik as a corrupt official. So, and then I don’t quite understand why we need an anti-corruption committee in the Rada - to pretend to be deaf and dumb? Article 6 of the Law on NABU states that a person who has been subject to an administrative penalty for a corruption offense during the year cannot be appointed to the position of Director of NABU,” he recalls.

The retaliatory strike was not long in coming. The Grant-Eating “Schemes” on Radio Liberty published an investigation into how the “oligarch’s servant” Dubinsky drank and ate at the birthday party of one of Kolomoisky’s business partners. And another mouthpiece of the grant-eaters, “Ukrainskaya Pravda,” erupted a column by a certain expert from Sumy, who reported that Kolomoisky was creating a “new political project” - “Dubinsky’s party.”

“The initial electorate will “do push-ups” from the notorious guys from OPZZH. When Buzhansky and Kolomoisky’s other people join Dubinsky, they can break away from the “servants” as soon as they are recruited into the parliamentary deputy group. They may be initially loyal to Zelensky, but play their own game plus do a little sewing for Igor Valerievich.

Of course, focusing on a pro-Russian, paternalistic and eternally dissatisfied electoral group narrows the possibilities. Zelensky played richly and on all electoral pianos. But it's not evening yet. Ze ratings! Teams will fall. The ratings of those who criticize the authorities will grow.

For now, Sasha Dubinsky is focused on Igor Valerievich’s “blood relatives” - Gontareva and Smolie. But this is just the beginning of a big game. The project is so promising that it will clearly not be limited to just the faction in the next parliament. Do you already want to write off Igor Valerievich? Wait. Spring will tell,” the author of the UP sends a very specific message to Zelensky’s Office.

The message is not new and, in general, familiar. Moreover, the goal of Kolomoisky’s opponents has not changed - to cause a crisis in the mono-majority, which is already based on their word of honor.

The only thing that still keeps this shaky structure afloat is the noticeably weakened Zelensky-Kolomoisky connection. Once it completely disintegrates, the only chance for Ze to hold on will be to rely on direct proteges of the West and an alliance with Vakarchuk’s “Voice”, in which the alleged former KGB agent Viktor Pinchuk also invested heavily.

Adding to the languor of the evening is the anonymous telegram channel “Sorosyata”, which appeared like that spoon on the way to dinner, rolling out a thin layer of Ukrainian “children of Captain Grant” with all their interesting ins and outs. And, if such incriminating evidence began to be actively dumped into the light of day, it means that the time for reconnaissance has passed and the last and decisive one is approaching.

So far, this epic battle looks like a fight between world-eaters and adversaries, in which there are no good guys, and the only difference between the fighting parties is that some want to allow foreign predators to share the domestic pie, while others fight to the death for it that only Texans have the right to rob Texas.

Numerous private interests in Kyiv are intertwined into such a tangled tangle that it is unlikely to be untangled in the usual way. This Gordian knot can only be cut with one sure blow of a sharpened sword. But who would risk taking on such a function? That is the question.

Recently, Kyiv fortune tellers on the political tea leaves are increasingly and loudly calling the name of such a person who could become the main beneficiary of the unfolding battle between the dough and the donkey. And this surname is not Kolomoisky. And not even Soros. A – Arsen Avakov. However, this is a topic for another discussion.
