Kolomoisky issued a “black mark” to Poroshenko
Ukrainian oligarch Igor Kolomoisky declares that he will not support the current head of state Petro Poroshenko in the upcoming presidential elections, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He said this in an interview with the “Schemes” program, recorded on April 11 by telephone, and which Radio Liberty published on April 17.
When asked who will support in the presidential elections, Kolomoisky noted the following:
“Any worthy candidate except Poroshenko.”
The oligarch claims that he has no agreements with any of the candidates yet.
“No, not with anyone. I haven’t seen any candidates yet. Well, except for one famous one... Tymoshenko. I believe that this is the favorite in the presidential race today,” Kolomoisky said.
However, the businessman also denies the existence of agreements with Tymoshenko:
“No, none at all. I didn’t conduct any negotiations.”
He also called the information about an alleged meeting with Tymoshenko in Israel “nonsense.”
“It’s a pity that you didn’t call me earlier, I would have taken a photo at Lake Geneva on the fountain in real time, and you would have realized how funny it is.”
Kolomoisky and Igor Surkis, through offshore companies, own 82,157% of the shares of the 1+1 TV channel.
