“Delegates of the XI Congress of UKROP, which is currently taking place in the capital, elected Igor Kolomoisky as chairman of the party control commission (“party court”) - a permanent control and audit body that monitors and verifies compliance with the requirements of the charter, program documents, party discipline and ethics by party members, its statutory bodies and management. The commission is accountable and controlled exclusively by the party congress,” she wrote.
As noted, the “party court” of UKROP, headed by Kolomoisky, is developing a draft code of party ethics, considers internal party disputes, and decides to eliminate violations in the activities of the party’s statutory bodies and their leadership and the party leadership. Also, this body has the power to cancel the decision of the leading executive bodies of the party and its leading officials in case of violation of the charter, party program or legislation.
