Kolomoisky captured the Kherson oil transshipment complex (VIDEO)
Kyiv, January 15 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – The Privat group of oligarch-governor Igor Kolomoisky is involved in the raider seizure of the Kherson oil transshipment complex. The structures of the Dnepropetrovsk billionaire are purging all competitors in the south of Ukraine and establishing a monopoly position.
This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by lawyer Denis Serebrennikov and Stanislav Dmitry, deputy director of All-Ukrainian Industrial Union LLC (the main asset is the Kherson oil transshipment complex).
The Kherson oil transshipment complex includes an oil harbor (reservoirs, pumping stations, two sea berths for receiving ships) and an oil depot with railway lines.

Stanislav Dmytrik described the capture scheme. First, a criminal case was opened against the Kherson oil transshipment complex on unproven charges of smuggling oil products. This happened back in March 2014 by the decision of the investigating judge of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.
In April, by the decision of the same court, the complex was seized. Subsequently, the case was transferred to the Primorsky District Court of Odessa. Odessa is one of two regions directly subordinate to Igor Kolomoisky (through Governor Igor Palitsa), emphasizes Stanislav Dmitry.
On September 30, this court, “lustrated under Kolomoisky,” in the person of investigative judge Yuriy Kushnirenko, transferred 9621 tons of gasoline for storage and further sale by the State Enterprise “Petroleum Products Supply Enterprise”, and also gave permission to transfer the Kherson oil transshipment complex itself to this enterprise for operational management.
The raider seizure of the complex began on October 2 and took place with the help of law enforcement agencies. The seizure actions were justified by a decision of the Primorsky District Court of Odessa, which has not yet been clarified. An inventory of property was carried out at gunpoint; employees of the Kherson oil transshipment complex were subjected to pressure with intimidation and threats from the management of the State Enterprise “Petroleum Products Supply Enterprise”, and, in particular, the acting. its leader Andrey Golubey.
To date, more than 21 thousand tons of petroleum products are under arrest, and more than 7 thousand tons of fuel have been illegally exported from the territory of the Kherson oil transshipment complex. the enterprise is idle, and oil traders whose oil products have been exported suffer losses.
According to Denis Serebrennikov and Stanislav Dmitrik, the seizure and downtime of the enterprise is beneficial, first of all, to the Privat group, which thus loses a competitor to its oil transshipment company Sintez Oil CJSC, operating in Odessa.
Thus, a monopoly on oil transshipment is created in the south of Ukraine.
