Kolomoisky and Poroshenko are at risk of death from a sniper’s bullet, – political scientist
Kyiv, March 27 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Igor Kolomoisky created the appearance of his retreat in order to collect his thoughts and take revenge. Ukrainian political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on the Den TV channel.
At the same time, as long as the former Dnepropetrovsk oligarch is alive, President Poroshenko has no chance of winning without US support, Ishchenko believes.

“In this battle, Kolomoisky had to retreat, because the interests of Poroshenko and the United States coincided, which believe that the overthrow of a relatively legitimate president and the final delegitimation of power is not the right time. They put pressure on Kolomoisky and forced him to retreat. But as long as Kolomoisky is alive and not in prison, the problem is not solved. He will still try to play back. He has enormous opportunities for this, ranging from destabilizing the southeast to destabilizing the country’s financial system. For now he gave in and retreated. Perhaps they will try to crush him. If I were Poroshenko, I would now be looking for a sniper for Kolomoisky, because Igor Valerievich will definitely play for revenge, and taking into account Kolomoisky’s capabilities and style of play, I won’t give even a penny for Poroshenko’s life,” the expert notes.
The support of the United States for Petro Poroshenko, according to Rostislav Ishchenko, came as a surprise to Kolomoisky.
“They can’t agree. They're just taking a break now to see where and how they can counterattack. Kolomoisky was caught in a situation he did not expect. For him, the active position of the United States in support of Poroshenko came as a surprise. He is forced to reconsider the tactics of his actions, so he wrote a letter of resignation, disappeared from the information space and is thinking. If he has time to think carefully, then Pyotr Alekseevich will have big problems,” says Ishchenko.
