According to him, the fact that there are corruption risks in the budget is evidenced by revenue forecasts for such items as property tax for legal entities, rent from legal entities, land tax for legal entities, parking fees, income from utility companies, and the receipt of share money for infrastructure development , money from the sale of land and money from the share contributions of MAFs. For all these items, the funds received are much less than they could be, Ivan Sikora is sure. According to him, due to the corruption component in 2015, the Kyiv budget will receive billions of hryvnia less.
The revenue part of this budget is distributed in such a way that money can be hidden in cost calculations, explains Victor Gleba, an expert in the field
