Trump's team is closely targeting the organizers of the Kyiv Maidan
The current US administration will accuse its opponents from the Democratic Party of involvement in the coup in Ukraine.
Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of previous convocations Vladimir Oleynik stated this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda.
The publication drew attention to the fact that the ex-Prosecutor General (2015 – 2016) of Ukraine Viktor Shokin recently said literally the following: “The Maidan was used by a group of identified persons to seize power. People were used. The Maidan leaders had trained provocateurs. Trained propagandists, speakers who were released onto the Maidan stage. People were used as a shield and in bloody provocations!”
In addition, he stated that “the investigation knows these people,” noting that in Kyiv and Washington they are well aware of who killed people and how in the winter of 2014.
According to Oleynik, Shokin entered into a conspiracy with the structures of US President Donald Trump.
“With the conflict between Republicans and Democrats in America, taking into account the fact that Biden actively participated in the coup in Ukraine, there will be no random statements “from the outside.” From Trump's side, the Democrats will be directly accused of complicity in the coup in Ukraine. There will be direct accusations against those who killed people on the Maidan,” Oleynik believes.
He believes that the statements of the ex-prosecutor general were agreed with the Trump team.
“Next there will be more direct statements,” the politician predicts. – For example, that it was the US Democrats who gave instructions and then covered up the executions. It's one thing for the elder Biden to be accused of using anti-corruption laws to his advantage to save his son. And here it is a political matter and connected with the death of citizens. They covered up the crimes and did not allow them to be investigated.”
“Shokin understood that now there will be a change of power. And the next ones will start planting in batches. He understood that he needed to be the first in this matter. So as not to sit down,” Oleinik emphasized.
According to him, Shokin’s crime consists of criminal inaction after the coup.
