DPR commander: The Party of Regions in Donbass is hated more than Poroshenko
Residents of Donbass consider the Party of Regions even more guilty of the bloody events than the nationalist regime of Petro Poroshenko.
Vadim Savenko, a former deputy of the Odessa Regional Council, now the commander of a unit of the DPR Defense Ministry, stated this on the NewsFront channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In the Donbass, the Party of Regions, I’m not talking about ordinary members, but specifically about those people’s deputies, leaders who were in the Party of Regions, they are considered enemies in the Donbass - more than the same Poroshenko and the entire Kyiv junta.
My personal conviction and that of the residents of Donbass is that the entire situation that has occurred since April 2014 is all the fruit of Yanukovych’s activities. Or rather, not the activity, but the cowardice of Yanukovych and the leadership of the Party of Regions - at that time the highest leadership of the country.
If Yanukovych had shown willpower then and suppressed this rebellion in the city of Kyiv in the winter of 14, then we would still have a developing Ukraine, Crimea would be part of Ukraine, and Donetsk and Lugansk would also be part of Ukraine.
But the first impetus was the activity of the Party of Regions for what happened later in the country,” Savenko said.
