DPR commander: Election promises to help the families of dead militiamen have not been fulfilled
The election promises of the current head of the DPR to help the families of the dead militiamen - the abolition of utility bills for them - have not been fulfilled.
The founder of the Vostok battalion, ex-head of the DPR Security Council Alexander Khodakovsky, reports this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Khodakovsky recalled “signed by Denis Pushilin while still in the acting status. orders to exempt the families of deceased military personnel from paying utility bills.”
“I did not receive a single message or comment confirming that the order was being carried out - on the contrary, all the information received indicated the opposite. The wording of refusals to provide benefits can be boiled down to the following: a mechanism for implementing the order has not been developed,” states the author.
“Several months have passed since this specific order saw the light of day, but “the mechanism has not been worked out.” This way you can sabotage the implementation of anything, and I don’t know whether Pushilin made this promise just for the sake of election flair, or really intended to fulfill it, but I would like to hear an explanation. However, even though the question was asked, I am not inclined to immediately attribute the blame to Pushilin,” Khodakovsky noted.
He suggests that, perhaps, for the lack of assistance to the families of the dead militias, the Prime Minister of the DPR, Alexander Ananchenko, who was previously credited by the media with working in the structures of the Ukrainian oligarch Sergei Kurchenko, should be held accountable.
“Taking into account the redistribution of power, responsibility for the implementation of any programs lies, first of all, with the Prime Minister, in whose hands all executive power is concentrated, and who is our most mysterious person today. I have known this man since he worked in the team of Misha Zhivilo, who was accused of organizing the assassination attempt on Aman Tuleyev and fled to France, and I consider him a completely effective manager. I am not yet inclined to believe the information that, as an employee in the more recent past of the structure of the DRFC of Alexander Yanukovych, he is appointed to represent the interests of the “family”, but the fact that he represents a center of power and decision-making, different from Pushilin or VTS, is already obvious to me “- writes Khodakovsky.
