Yesterday's decision of the Verkhovna Rada on the amnesty of the participants of the so-called will still come back to haunt Ukraine. ATO who committed crimes in Donbass. The commander of the international brigade “Pyatnashka” Akhra Avidzba (call sign “Abkhaz”) told PolitNavigator about this.

“You and I understand that they are releasing those who looted and committed crimes... Probably, Ukraine no longer has desperate children who are ready to go to the front, maybe that’s why they came up with this scheme: fight, and if you survive, go for a walk.
But criminals are criminals, and even if they are released to war, as a result only half of the survivors will return to normal life, and half will continue to do the same thing as before. So this will come back to haunt Ukraine,” the commander said.
In addition, “Abkhaz” expressed the opinion that Kyiv, with the help of voting, tried to imitate the implementation of the Minsk agreements in front of the West - they also have an amnesty clause, although not for ATO militants, but for participants in the uprising in the LDPR.
“By its actions, Ukraine is trying to show the world community that it is making contact with us. You and I understand that those who looted and committed crimes are being released, not our fighters. But the European man in the street does not know this. He sees that someone from this zone is being amnestied, and thinks that this is Ukraine’s way of making concessions to us,” explained the Pyatnashka commander.
