Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing today, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is systematic shelling from grenade launchers and small arms from the Donbass terrorist gang, which distinguished itself on the very first day of the “school truce” when a sniper of Ukrainian radical terrorists seriously wounded a resident of the Petrovsky district of Donetsk. I note that the leader of the bandits, Vlasenko, according to the information we have, openly expressed his disagreement with the signing of the latest ceasefire agreements and announced his refusal to comply with them. In addition, Vlasenko prohibited commanders from higher headquarters from visiting the positions of his gang until the ban on the use of weapons against residents of the Republic was officially lifted for him personally,” Basurin said.
