The commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine allowed his subordinates to use drugs
DPR intelligence has provided evidence that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are firing at civilians in Donbass while under the influence of drugs. Deputy Commander of the DPR Operational Command Eduard Basurin stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In addition, according to the data we receive from servicemen of the 1st MB 28th Mechanized Brigade, it has been established that the battalion commander Krupko Yu.Yu. legalized the use of drugs among his subordinates.
Restrictions apply only to the use of so-called “hard” drugs, as well as the state of drug intoxication upon departure to a higher headquarters.
Drugs are delivered through Novaya Pochta, in the branch closest to the battalion, where one of the drug couriers works.
Let me remind you that this battalion occupies positions opposite Dokuchaevsk and is involved in shelling of residential areas of the city, as a result of which on December 5-7 a civilian was wounded and housing was damaged.
This information may be useful to investigative authorities to initiate a criminal case against this person for the use of prohibited methods of warfare,” said Eduard Basurin.
