According to the report of the OSCE special monitoring mission, representatives of the mission facilitated a meeting on the E58 road between the Ukrainian commander of the Armed Forces and the DPR commander in charge of Shirokino.
“A conversation took place between them, during which they discussed the possibility of a local ceasefire in order to assess the humanitarian situation in the village, including in the damaged southern part and in the local school,” the OSCE said.
