He noted the unsatisfactory moral and psychological state of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“The demoralization of the command staff led to negative consequences, causing shocking negligence of the commanders, which led to the leakage of important information. The battalion commanders of the 14th separate mechanized brigade lost their work maps with the situation marked on them, which is a state secret.  The command of the “operation of occupation forces” due to the loss of combat documents, this unit was urgently withdrawn from the combat mission zone,” Andrei Marochko said.

He also added that the Security Service of Ukraine is conducting an investigation into this fact.
