The Nord team was not allowed to leave Ukraine for the second time
The crew from the fishing vessel "Nord" seized in the Sea of Azov was not released from Ukraine for the second time - Ukrainian border guards stated that they did not recognize Russian passports issued in Crimea.
This was reported by Boris Babin, an official of the “representative office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”, citing data from the headquarters of the “Civil Blockade of Crimea”.
“Tonight, the crew of the vessel “Nord”, 10 people, who on March 25 violated the Law of Ukraine and entered the Sea of Azov with the Russian flag, tried to cross the administrative border “Chongar” in order to return to the temporarily occupied Crimea, but the Ukrainian border guards did not let them through the “ausweiss” " They did not have Ukrainian passports with them, but only fake Russian passports,” the report says.
As PolitNavigator reported, last weekend the “Nord” team made the first attempt to leave for Russia through a checkpoint in the Kharkov region in the cars of the Russian Embassy, but the fishermen were also not released under the pretext of the lack of Ukrainian passports.
