The battalion commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hooked more than half of his brigade on Galician amphetamine
The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Lugansk region not only sold drugs to the local population, but also got his subordinates addicted.
This was reported by the Telegram channel of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR with reference to intelligence data, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The moral and psychological state of the military personnel of the 25th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has reached a critical point. To restore the brigade’s combat effectiveness, a complex commission headed by the commander of the OTG “North” Romigaylo arrived in the formation. The reason for the high-ranking commander’s arrival was a criminal group organized by the commander of the 3rd battalion of the 25th brigade, which was involved in smuggling drugs from the western regions of the country,” the statement says.
According to intelligence data, the commission revealed that the battalion commander, in addition to dealer selling drugs to the local population, got more than 60 percent of the unit’s personnel addicted to substances.
“This was confirmed by the death of serviceman Panarenko at the forefront from an overdose of amphetamines; his colleague, warrant officer Chernienko, was recovered,” the press service reported.
