The brigade commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces made money on “Patriot”
The commander of one of the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine wrote off an allegedly irreparable UAZ Patriot car, purchased by volunteers for the needs of the Ukrainian military.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LPR reported this on the official website with reference to a serviceman of this brigade who called as part of the program to pay for information about crimes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“How can this be? Just yesterday the car was running, but just a few days later it can no longer be restored? I personally drove this car and I know that the vehicle was still very far from being written off as scrap. And our commander and a couple of his cronies are sporting new uniforms, and in the smoking room I heard them sharing plans for the future, and that there was money for the New Year. And where only? It seems like we serve together. Salaries were not increased, bonuses were not given. One thing remains: the car was sold, the profits were divided, and it was written off for the war!” the informant said.
Let us remind you that earlier the press service of the LPR NM reported that with the introduction of martial law Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers began to actively occupy private houses and take away the cars of civilians in the Joint Forces Operation zone.
