Kyiv - Simferopol, February 27 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) - The unknown people who seized the buildings of the parliament and the Council of Ministers of Crimea have high military training.
This was stated on the sidelines of the Verkhovna Rada by UDAR deputy Viktor Chumak, head of the parliamentary committee on national security.
