Sanctions against Russian companies will result in large losses for Ukrainian business. The owner of the Ukrainian IT company KM Core, Evgeniy Utkin, who previously actively supported Euromaidan and criticized the Russian authorities for the lack of democracy, stated this on the air of the “Game of Classics” program.

“Today they cannot simply ban 99% of companies that use 1C. Today I calculated that it would cost me 150 thousand dollars to switch to any other system. There are alternatives, we are now making an alternative ourselves, but this will require some kind of investment. Therefore, it seems to me that this is an emotional decision that has neither preparation nor calculation of consequences,” Utkin said.

This Ukrainian businessman previously gained fame for his support of Euromaidan and the publication of appeals to Russian citizens.

“You create distorting mirrors around your Chief, your ruler. You are afraid to tell him what he doesn’t want to hear, but he, and only he, makes the decision. It will obviously be incorrect and will destroy Russia. And the world already lives in the 21st century, where technology does not allow deception, where information is taken from sensors and distributed instantly, without intermediaries or interpreters. Only slaves can be deceived,” Utkin wrote in his address to the residents of Russia.

At the same time, he criticized the Russian media for, according to Utkin, incorrect coverage of Euromaidan.

"I am Russian. I love Russian language. At the same time, I am a Ukrainian nationalist, because I am a citizen of Ukraine and I love Kyiv. I am a homeless person, who until recently was included in the top hundred of Ukrainian Forbes. I am a fascist whose two grandfathers are heroes of the Great Patriotic War. There are millions like me,” the businessman boasted.

“Maidan is an accelerator of the change in civilizational values. Today there is a transition to a pyramid of values, at the head of which is man,” assured the “Russian” Utkin.
