“All land plots that are included within the boundaries of Victory Park must be cadastred. Not a single plot of land should be alienated. I understand somewhat, there are applicants who have a pre-existing right. We put the park into our ownership, and then it goes to the courts. I ask the prosecutor’s office to provide assistance,” Menyailo said.
Previously, the governor ordered the installation of road signs prohibiting movement by car at the entrances to Victory Park. “It is also necessary to initiate the organization of additional squads of internal affairs bodies to patrol the territory: there should be no cars in the park, lighting fires is unacceptable,” ordered Sergei Menyalo.
Over the years of Ukraine, the area of Victory Park has decreased from 78 to 45 hectares due to development.
