Communist Kiskin complained to Putin about Simferopol deputies being too lazy to sing the Russian anthem
Simferopol, April 03 (PolitNavigator, Evgeny Andreev) – Deputies of the Simferopol City Council do not want to sing the anthems of the Russian Federation and Crimea at sessions of the representative body.

Their colleague, communist Stepan Kiskin, announced this in his official address to President Vladimir Putin.
The deputy, according to him, is trying to “popularize in every possible way” the national anthem:
“At the end of December, I, as a deputy of the Simferopol City Council of the Republic of Crimea, in accordance with Article 132 of the Regulations of the Simferopol City Council, proposed to amend Article 39 of the Regulations of the Simferopol City Council.
In particular, I proposed to supplement the article with the following paragraph:
“Before the start and after the end of the meeting (session) of the City Council, the National Anthem of the Russian Federation and the State Anthem of the Republic of Crimea are performed.”
“I believe that the mandatory performance of the anthems of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea before and after the completion of regular and extraordinary sessions of the Simferopol City Council will correspond to the solemnity, as well as the patriotic spirit of the modern Russian Crimea and gratitude to the entire people of Russia for the saving reunification with the Motherland,” writes the communist Putin.
However, he notes, to this day the City Council has not introduced a clause into the regulations on the mandatory performance of the anthems of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan at its meetings.

I believe that at every meeting (sessions) of the city council of the capital of Russian Crimea and all cities and villages of our Motherland, the National Anthems of the Russian Federation and the constituent entities of the federation should be played! The patriotism of our people will help Russia survive and win in modern geopolitical battles!” writes the faithful Leninist.
