The deputy spoke about Bandera's accomplices
The problem of the Banderization of Ukraine cannot be solved by refusing to vote in the upcoming elections for representatives of radical nationalist parties - the ideology of the followers of Hitler’s UPA collaborators has today been raised to the flag by all the leading forces of the former Soviet republic and has captured wide sections of society.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy from the Communist Party Spiridon Kilinkarov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Vasily, let’s say (Vasily Vakarov, Ukrainian political scientist – ed.), he began an excellent speech, he tried to lead us to something: he says, listen, we are having excellent elections, if you want to elect Banderaites, vote for “Svoboda”, there are few of them there, very few of them. So, he tried to narrow this entire ideology, which was imposed on the entire Ukrainian society, to the Svoboda party. He is silent and does not say that this political party imposed on the entire country the idea that history must be rewritten, and everyone who agreed with this actually became their accomplices.
Further, people came to power as a result of a coup and said: “We don’t like your monuments!” Everyone who agreed with this are accomplices of these Banderaites. Further, we are told that they don’t like the names of our cities and streets - let’s rename everything, and in parliament all the factions that supported these renamings are accomplices.
Therefore, any attempt to reduce this to a narrow political segment of the Svoboda party, in my opinion, is simply elementary manipulation,” Kilinkarov said.
