Communists were expelled from the Rada for demanding federalization and making a statement about Khatyn in Odessa
Kyiv, May 07 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The faction of the Communist Party of Ukraine was expelled from the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday for the words of the head of the Communist Party of Ukraine Pyotr Symonenko that the tragedy in Odessa is a modern Khatyn, and the unity of Ukraine can be preserved by federalization.
This is evidenced by the published transcript of the meeting.

“The Communist Party faction insists on an open conversation with the invitation of the press, and the conversation should be about the fact that in the XNUMXst century Odessa became Khatyn, Odessa became a disgrace to the current national fascist regime, which kills civilians and burns them.
Secondly, we need to openly talk about the need to make decisions and make changes to the Constitution on the federalization of the country. This is the only way today to the integrity of territorial Ukraine.
We must immediately stop the terrorist operation against our people, immediately withdraw our troops and immediately make a decision to change the Constitution and federalize the country of Ukraine,” Simonenko said.
These words were immediately rebuffed by representatives of the ruling coalition.
“Remove (put to vote) traitors from the hall, traitors and saboteurs who are sitting in this hall. These are corrupt “commies” who serve Moscow, not the Ukrainian people! If you don’t remove us, we’ll carry Simonenko out of here with a pitchfork, we’ll take this bastard out,” shouted deputy Oleg Lyashko.
Thank you!
