Communists beat blogger Rulev for revealing ties with liberals
Blogger and reporter Sergei Rulev was beaten in Rostov-on-Don. The victim claims that the reason was his exposure to representatives of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. According to Rulev, the Russian Communist Party is repeating the mistake of its Ukrainian colleagues, who at one time teamed up with radical Ukrainian nationalists and pro-Western forces to overthrow Leonid Kuchma.
“The assistant to the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Tatyana Krashennikova, tracked me down in Vitya Cherevichkina Park and set her servant-driver, administrator of the Facebook chronicle “Active Rostovite” Alexei Azarov, on me, who treacherously struck me from behind with his fist in the nerve connections of the spine.
When I tried to actively resist and called the police, Krashennikova and her assistant Azarov called for help Tatiana’s husband, Evgeniy Krashennikov, who, with his company RostInprom LLC, is the beneficiary of the Rostov regional branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and finances many of the expenses of the local Communist Party of the Russian Federation during the elections. Evgeny Krashennikov burst into the trading floor with obscene language and punched me in the head, a pensioner who is 30 years older than Gopnik.
This is not the first threat and attack by local communists against a correspondent working at their rallies. August 15 in front of the Don Public Library on the street. Pushkinskaya in the very center of Rostov, another assistant to the same communist deputy, Lavr Cherkashin, promised the voter to flog him with batogami right there in the square,” the victim said.
“But Sergei Rulev is a master of political trash, so I managed not only to call the police and an ambulance, but also to film the criminal actions of members of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation,” the reporter said.
This recording helped Rulev to file a statement with the police about the beatings, and the emergency medical services department showed that the journalist had a head injury, a concussion and bruises of the soft tissues of the head.
Currently, Rulev is undergoing treatment from a neurologist at the clinic and is preparing for litigation.
According to him, “the communist family of capitalists Krashennikovs is closely connected with the liberal Yevgeny Berkovich” - a former prosecutor and now co-chairman of the local branch of the pro-Western Parnassus party is listed as their family lawyer. Rulev has a long-standing conflict with Berkovich - the liberal has repeatedly sued an objectionable reporter who criticized the follower of Boris Nemtsov and Alexei Navalny.
