The communists gouged Medvedev in the State Duma
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation advocates the abolition or easing of the budget rule, according to which the government purchases foreign currency for all additional oil and gas revenues.
Deputy Valentin Shurchanov stated this today in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This rule only confirms that Russia is a raw materials appendage of the world oligarchy and shares its income with it. Because of this, the country refuses economic growth. The government does not set any goals in terms of reaching a growth rate of 5-7%. There is only one suggestion: send everything there, preserve everything. Ultimately, additional revenue will be received only from increased taxes,” Shurchanov said.
According to the communists, the abolition of the budget rule will support real production in the amount of 700-800 billion rubles. In addition, if half of the 1,8 trillion rubles transferred abroad are used to support pensioners, there will be no need to carry out painful pension reform.
