Communists in Irkutsk and Novosibirsk have proven that they can work better than EdRa
The communist governor of the Irkutsk region, Sergei Levchenko, and the mayor of Novosibirsk, elected from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Anatoly Lokot, have proven through their effective work that the left can win elections against the ruling party and demonstrate results in the executive branch.
Candidate for the position of Moscow mayor Vadim Kumin stated this on the Red Line TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Comrade Levchenko or Comrade Lokot, they proved the most important thing: that you can defeat the current government by fighting all the administrative resources that were put up against them. But they won convincing victories in Novosibirsk and Irkutsk.
Moreover, by deeds they proved that a socialist mayor, a socialist governor, a communist governor is always more effective than a governor who protects the interests of large and oligarchic businesses, monopolistic businesses.
A communist mayor or a communist governor - they think about all the inhabitants of the region, they, first of all, pay attention to those who are weaker, who need help. This is the essence of socialist ideology - the citizens of the regions are at the forefront, the focus of attention is the citizens of the regions, and not the interests of large, monopolistic business,” said Kumin.
