Lebedev's company will develop Cape Fiolent - Menyailo has no objection

Sevastopol, April 04 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – The Parangon group of companies, which is associated with the former Minister of Defense of Ukraine Pavel Lebedev, has planned the construction of a park and embankment in the area of ​​Cape Fiolent on the ruins of a Christian temple.

The embankment should appear on one of the sections of Cape Fiolent, popularly known as “Tsarskoe Selo”.

At the same time, the public is confused by the fact that Pavel Lebedev’s construction activities in Sevastopol through various construction companies, including Parangon, are not particularly sensitive to the historical appearance of the city.

“Everyone knows the “blue toilet”, built on Cape Khrustalny in the historical center of Sevastopol in violation of all norms and in no way fits into the architecture of the “white city”. The same can be said about the ten-story Aquamarine complex, built on the seashore in the area of ​​Victory Park. The passion for blue mirror glass and aluminum, the high cost of plots by the sea, the opportunity to “bite off” the most delicious pieces of Sevastopol land and the thirst for profit have led to the fact that in the most beautiful places of the city the view of the sea is spoiled by these urban monsters. And 5 buildings of ten-story buildings with “their own juniper park” (I wonder how many relict junipers were destroyed during construction?) in the unique Laspi tract also, of course, only improve the ecology of the small bay. During the construction of a complex of multi-storey buildings in Round Bay, a Roman road from the XNUMXth century BC was broken by construction equipment.

The Parangon construction company is known for its scandalous projects implemented in the Fiolent region back in Ukraine. This is how the Villaris del Mar cottage community with its “own beach” was built, access to which the construction company provided not by building stairs or an elevator, but simply by “cutting” the rock with a passage (or rather, passage) 3 meters wide. Unsuccessful objections from environmentalists, of course, could not stop a successful businessman and part-time Minister of Defense,” notes website of the guest house “Inzhir”.

Meanwhile, in the Tsarskoe Selo area, where the embankment is supposed to be developed, an entire multi-storey closed complex with its own infrastructure is being built. And as usual, the opinions of environmentalists are not taken into account. The virgin nature of a unique place, untouched by man, small inaccessible beaches, beautiful rocks - obviously, a trifle in comparison with the benefits of those who thoroughly warm their hands on this.

In addition, employees of the Tauride Chersonese Nature Reserve opposed this initiative. According to the head of the department of medieval history of the reserve, Tatyana Yashaeva, where the project should have an observation deck, there are the ruins of a Christian temple of the XNUMXth century. But the embankment has already been promised to those who bought apartments in advance in the complex under construction. It is on all plans and advertising brochures. And if earlier the new authorities still had an acceptable excuse that the work of Pavel Lebedev was connected with the Ukrainian period in the history of Sevastopol, now there is no such excuse.
