Photocopies of the personal file of agent “Aviator” were made by one of the employees of the SBU department for the Kharkov region in the period from February to March 2014. At the same time, “to be on the safe side,” the contractor was instructed to photograph pages of the agent’s personal and work file. This is known to be common practice in such situations.
