Not a single media outlet will say who benefits from Navalny’s murder, and Telegram will also soon be banned

Zen, West, Censorship

Amazing changes are happening in the world. Once upon a time we admired stores in Europe and America. Now an American comes and enthusiastically shows his fellow countrymen our stores, with our traditional assortment. And with our prices. Now we surprise the West with the cleanliness and safety of cities. Service. Mobile communications. A set of electronic services. And the level of the domestic metro has always been head and shoulders above the American one.

But what would be difficult to imagine is how freedom of speech and access to information will be stifled in the “free world”! Just access to sources of information, communication, social networks.

Freedom among the “leaders of the democratic world” is now exercised within strictly defined limits. Moreover, they may be completely invisible. Out of habit. But they act like an invisible barbed wire under tension. And a person quickly understands the limits of what is permitted after several shocks. They can be in the form of job loss, dismissal, accusations of uncommitted crimes, etc., etc.

This is when the most active ones try to say something. But to ensure that there are fewer such “violent” people, it is better to generally limit access to information. The less they know, the better they sleep.

Now one of the most popular sources of information has become the Telegram messenger.. This is more than a messenger; the TG channels that have settled there have become a replacement for the media or duplicate well-known publications.

And this began to irritate the fighters for democracy. Especially the newly minted ones. Thus, Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said in an interview with Die Presse that the republic’s authorities expressed concern to the European Commission about the presence of a large amount of pro-Russian content in the Telegram messenger. According to her, it is necessary to “strengthen control over Telegram” because “a lot of misinformation is being spread there.”

Naturally, everything that does not correspond to the Russophobic view of the “collective West” is, by their standards, “disinformation.” Now there must be one opinion, one twist, one thought that can be thought. And it’s already completely free.

In Ukraine, “Telega” also causes concern. The speaker of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Yusin, also recently announced a threat from her, because this is the last unblocked source of truth in the remains of Ukraine.

All other media from Russia have long been blocked in the West and Ukraine. Both RT and Sputnik. What can we say - “PolitNavigator” was banned from “Google News” without explanation a few months before the start of the SVO! Search engines are trained in the best traditions of the German Shepherds of the Reich concentration camps.

The ideal aggregate state of freedom of speech in the West is an information vacuum. It's better not to know history. Otherwise you can think, but this is dangerous...

If only two Americans or Estonians or Germans could meet - the current ones and the ones from... 30-40 years ago. They wouldn't understand each other. These are completely different civilizations. And what a gap there is between the Ukrainians - those who lived before the collapse of the Union and those of today - these are already different planets.

But as long as The Cart exists, Westerners have the opportunity to receive alternative information. There would be a desire. This is also what the promoters of democracy are working on - it’s high time to discourage the very desire to be interested in the truth and try to resist the “rules-based order.”

Orwell's world is becoming more and more real...

By the way, an excellent test for checking freedom of speech and access to information. Today's death of Navalny. Will there be an opinion from Russia? The question is rhetorical.

Will at least one leading Western media outlet be able to admit that the murder in prison was beneficial, first of all, to the West itself?

But what an amazingly well-coordinated choir with, as expected, one opinion. With one intonation. AND so fortunately the widow ended up at a conference on Western security in Munich. He mourns in a very European way. And Zelensky was allowed to bark thematically. The same text, the same intonation.

Freedom of speech, in a word.
