Condoleezza Rice spoke about Russia's digital weapons

And the need for collaboration between the private and public sectors has never been more urgent than now. But the ability to establish such cooperation has never been as weak as it is now. Now there is suspicion towards the government, towards privacy. It's very difficult to get the private sector to cooperate when it's really needed,” she said.
