The protests that began in Chisinau are aimed at replacing the thieving pro-Western politicians with new US puppets - ready to start a war in Transnistria, which the current leadership of Moldova refused to do.

About this in an interview with a columnist “PolitNavigator” to Valentin Filippov said the Chisinau political scientist, head of the Unified Information and Analytical Center “Eurasia Inform” Vladimir Bukarsky.

The protests that began in Chisinau are aimed at replacing pro-Western politicians who have been stealing with new puppets...

Valentin Filippov: Hello Volodya!

Vladimir Bukarsky: Hello, Valik! As a young life?

Valentin Filippov: Amazing! I look from here, from Sevastopol, and I’m starting to confuse Chisinau with Kiev. I remember the slogan “Together we are rich, we are not nickel-and-dime”... What, in Chisinau, too, are the rich ruling there?

Vladimir Bukarsky: In Chisinau too. You have people jumping and shouting “Hto ne skache, toi Muscovite”, here they are shouting “Cine sare tare – vrea Unirea Mare!” That is, “Whoever jumps high wants Greater Romania!”……

Valentin Filippov: I understand that from the point of view of the old Moldovan nation, the most important Romanian is Bubka. Who jumped the highest. But with a pole.

Vladimir Bukarsky: Well, apparently, already yes. Because we didn’t have our own pole vaulters. Well, Bubka will have to be Romanized, he will be Sergio Bubka.

Valentin Filippov: The media tell us that the current protests in Chisinau have united pro-Russian and pro-European forces. But pro-Russian, somehow, for Greater Romania, does not seem to be...

Vladimir Bukarsky: A little different. A little different. Here we are, let’s remember Ukraine in 2001, these “Ukraine without Kuchma” demonstrations. When everyone united there. And the Nazis, and the communists, and the socialists, that is, everyone. That is, there was one common enemy, Kuchma.

Valentin Filippov: Yes.

Vladimir Bukarsky: Now the situation is slightly similar. There is one common enemy. Plohotnyuk. Filat. The current oligarchic regime. Oligarchic hydra, several heads. And, indeed, everything that is commonly called civil society united against them. And Russian-speaking forces. And people who are not happy with illegal construction, and people who oppose the oligarchs. Those who are not satisfied with the robbery of money. Unthinkable! You, in Ukraine, did not have this. With everyone there. No matter how much Yanukovych stole. Yushchenko stole no matter how much. But I don’t think you had one billion euros stolen from the country’s budget. Have you ever had this?

Valentin Filippov: No, well, wait! How did this “not happen”? And Tymoshenko revealed the budget of Ukraine for seven billion. Yes, you are there.....

Vladimir Bukarsky: A! So do you!…

Valentin Filippov: Moldova, after all, is Moldova. And it still lags behind Ukraine. Seven times theft from the budget one-time. And if you now have “Moldova without Kuchma,” you are 13, 12 years behind Ukraine in terms of the collapse of your own state through the “campaign for justice.”

Vladimir Bukarsky: The most important thing, Valik, the most important thing is that such a “campaign” already took place in 2009. The so-called “mommy revolution”. You remember when our Presidential Palace and Parliament were destroyed. And the most important thing is that the same people who organized that revolution are now organizing this revolution, against those pro-Western, pro-European rulers who, thanks to that revolution, came to power. As paradoxical as this may sound, we remember 2009. We have this “mommy revolution”, you have Yanukovych returning in 2010. That is, the “orange revolution” is dying.

And for Europe, for the West, this period, from 2010 to 2014, for them Moldova was their favorite child. There was a “success story,” as they called it here. Moldova was the flagship of European integration in the post-Soviet space. The flagship of the Eastern Partnership. And the West forgave the current authorities everything. Theft, corruption. The former Prime Minister Filat was dismissed for... on charges of corruption. And he didn’t go to jail, the most important thing! He continues to be an active politician. The official definition is that a person has been dismissed on charges of corruption, that is, the article is in the criminal code and represents one of the serious crimes. And this man continues to move in politics, continues to aspire to the presidency. He sees himself as a future president.

Valentin Filippov: But there was no court decision?

Vladimir Bukarsky: There was a decision of the Constitutional Court. That this person has no right to hold the post of Prime Minister. There was no criminal court decision. But this man continues to be an active politician. Head one of the political parties. Which is part of the ruling alliance.

Valentin Filippov: Of course, again, he is far from Viktor Fedorovich. With two convictions. But Viktor Fedorovich is closer to the people, he wears hats. "Fawn business."

Vladimir Bukarsky: He had a criminal record in his youth. Even in adulthood, when he was involved in cigarette smuggling into Romania. There, in Romania, even criminal cases were opened against him. Moreover, he is an agent of the Romanian secret services nicknamed Kant, if I’m not mistaken. Enough…

Valentin Filippov: What nickname? Kant?

Vladimir Bukarsky: Kant.

Valentin Filippov: I thought - Karl. I thought they were writing about him on the Internet. "Maidan, Karl"!

Vladimir Bukarsky: Kant :)

Valentin Filippov: Volodya, what is happening right now during the protest itself? Which is not called “Maidan”... It is called differently, somehow... What stages have already been completed? Have they already beaten children? And have peaceful assaults on administrative buildings begun?

Vladimir Bukarsky: They haven't beaten children yet. Now, at the moment, everything is developing peacefully. The stage of the first rally has been completed. Tents have already been erected in the square. Almost the entire central square is filled with tents. There are already dry toilets there. There is some kind of kitchen. True, the tires don’t burn.

Valentin Filippov: Well, this is the next stage.

Vladimir Bukarsky: Yes. But, in parallel with them, the left force came out to protest. Red block. This is an analogue of your “Fight”. They even have some kind of cooperation agreements. They participated in common actions. “Borotbists” came here to Moldova. They helped.

They went to the rally at the same time. They went to the Prosecutor General's Office demanding the resignation of the Prosecutor General. Which, in fact, covers up all this corruption. They completely peacefully wanted to set up tents in front of the Prosecutor General's Office building. They sat down on the steps there. They didn't break into the building. They simply sat peacefully on the steps and wanted to set up tents in front of the prosecutor's office. They have already arrested seven people there. Including their leader Grigory Petrenco, former head of the Moldovan delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. They have now been arrested for 30 days, and I think they will be charged with organizing mass riots.

That is, if the regime here carries out any kind of repression, it is mainly against the left, against the anti-European, pro-Russian forces that advocate the Customs Union.

Valentin Filippov: This is logical, in principle. Logical... What could be the consequences of this “not Maidan” in Chisinau? I'm trying to estimate the number of possible People's Republics. The city-state of Balti, Gagauz People's Republic, and what is there in the west of Moldova? Could something happen there too?

Vladimir Bukarsky: Taraklievskaya Republic. Ocnic Republic. I wouldn't go to that length.

So what does the government want?

The authorities now want to “wash” the idea of European integration. That is, remove the “bad” European integrators and bring in “good”, pure European integrators in their place. Iurie Leanca, Maya Sandu, who lived in America for many years. They want to bring clean, washed European integrators to power. In the hope that Russian speakers will buy it too.

But they have another goal.

They want to start a war in Transnistria. America wants to unfreeze the Transnistrian conflict. Poroshenko also spoke about this at a meeting with Romanian President Iohannis. But, for some reason, the current Moldovan leadership did not want to defrost this conflict. Although everything was ready for this. And the Romanians brought up their troops. And Ukrainians. That is, everything was ready. The will of Moldova was not enough. But Moldova did not take this step. And maybe this current Maidan, pre-Maidan, you can call it whatever you want, maybe this is its purpose. The point is to force the leadership of Moldova to unleash and unfreeze the Transnistrian conflict. Renew the war on the Dniester.

Maybe they want to put pressure on Transnistria in this way, so that Transnistria, perhaps surviving, will completely abandon the pro-Russian course. That is, their ultimate goal is to remove Russia, to remove Russian influence from the region as much as possible. We must remember this. And the West will never give up this goal.

Valentin Filippov: I don’t quite understand how Ukraine is going to withstand not only the eastern, but also the western front.

Vladimir Bukarsky: Well, we don't know. Maybe through Minsk? They want, as it were, to stop military operations in the East and begin to deal with Transnistria. But we must understand that Ukraine will not leave the East, Donbass and Crimea alone. They will live by it. They will have a dream of a new operation “oluja”, like the Croats in relation to the Serbian Krajina... They will dream of it. They will compose songs. Poetry. I don't know, there. Save strength. But Ukraine will never give up this idea.

As for its participation in relation to Transnistria, then, of course, the Ukrainian leadership is simply obediently following the commands of its Western masters.

Maybe after this Ukraine will completely disappear as a state. From the word “absolutely”. That is, completely.

It will either be cut along the Dniester, along the Southern Bug. I do not know where.

Where will the Russian-Transnistrian border be held?

But Ukrainian leaders do not care about this. The main thing for them is to remain loyal to their American masters.

kishinev_06092015

Valentin Filippov: In general, the main question is where the Pridnestrovian-Russian border will be.

Vladimir Bukarsky: Yes. But I still hope that Moldova, the country of Stephen the Great, will survive. And the border of independent Moldova, which is a member of the Customs Union, will pass somewhere near the Sirit River or near the Vaslui River, there, in the Bucharest region. Somewhere. I personally hope so.

Valentin Filippov: Well, the main thing is that the Romanians would not guess in time.

OK thank you very much.

Vladimir Bukarsky: Thank you. I was glad to see you.
