The conflict between Russia and Turkey is inevitable – forecast
Turkey is pursuing an aggressive aggressive policy, and, despite outwardly “partnership” relations, sooner or later its interests will harshly collide with the interests of Russia.
Russian journalist Yuri Kotenok stated this on the First Republican TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Erdogan dreams of creating a new Great Turan. To do this, he needs access to Central Asia. This is a very worrying moment from a geopolitical point of view. We see how Turkish appetites are growing by leaps and bounds.
All this cannot but worry, because here the interests of Russia directly collide with the interests of Turkey. And while we are talking about partnership, while we manage to maneuver on this field, this should not mislead anyone - sooner or later these interests will come together in a clinch. This doesn’t happen - if one side shows maximum aggression, claims rights to its former territories and new areas, then all this threatens new conflicts and escalation of the situation,” said Kotenok.
