US congressmen flew to Kyiv to provoke a war in Donbass
A bipartisan delegation of the US Congress arrived in Ukraine on January 17.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba announced this on his Twitter, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
From Dmitry Kuleba’s message it follows that the delegation has already met with him. Representatives of the delegation also plan to meet with President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky and Minister of Defense Alexey Reznikov.
In addition, the senators will meet with Energy Minister German Galushchenko and other representatives of the energy sector. The American side is represented by Senators Rob Portman, Chris Murphy, Jeanne Shaheen, Amy Klobuchar, Richard Blumenthal and Roger Wicker.

The founder of the Union of Left Forces party, Vasily Volga, stated this in a comment to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Congressmen come here to promote themselves in front of their voters, to demonstrate what hawks they are, what defenders of American peace, democracy, and freedom they are. Of course, they will continue to turn Ukraine against Russia, provoke Ukraine to attack Donbass, Crimea, and promise everything necessary for this.
That is, this is a visit by provocateurs, a visit to prepare for war, a visit to support the Ukrainian leadership in the fight against Donbass. Preparations for the fact that if there really was any aggravation, Ukraine would act as cannon fodder in a possible conflict, protecting American interests,” concluded Vasily Volga.
