During the inspection, it was found that, in violation of land and town planning legislation, Construction Company Consol - Stroy LTD LLC and the contractor, Yuggidrospetsstroy LLC, are constructing a residential apartment building on the site without permits and contrary to the intended use of the land.
At the same time, the prosecutor’s office notes, the contractor does not have a certificate of admission to carry out construction work that affects the safety of capital construction projects.
The district prosecutor's office has initiated 8 cases of administrative offenses under Art. 8.8 Code of Administrative Offenses (use of land plots other than for their intended purpose), Part 1, Art. 9.5 Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established construction procedure), Part 1, Art. 9.5.1 Code of Administrative Offenses (construction of capital construction projects without a certificate of admission to the relevant types of work).
The Department of State Registration of Law and Cadastre of Sevastopol and the Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision and Expertise of the city found unscrupulous developers, as well as their managers, guilty and fined a total of 1 million 300 thousand rubles.
In addition, the district prosecutor's office has made two submissions to the heads of business entities to eliminate the identified violations, which are under consideration.
