Constantinople is under Washington's rule
Washington is seeking to make Ukraine into a hostile and aggressive Anti-Russia, not only at the political, but now also at the religious level.
Archpriest of the Russian Orthodox Church, member of the public chamber of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, Vsevolod Chaplin, said this on the air of the Mediametrics Live radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The origins of this crisis are political. The Patriarchate of Constantinople, often referred to as the Phanar, is a quarter in Istanbul where the current remnant of the now invisible Eastern Roman Empire, sometimes called Byzantium, is located. Constantinople and the almost extinct Phanar are, in fact, controlled from Washington, because the sources of both funding and political influence, in this case, are in America. All this is obvious, for me, at least, part of the plan is not just to tear Ukraine away from Russia, but to turn Ukraine into an aggressive Anti-Russia - our eternal enemy, including in the religious field,” the clergyman believes.
He also added that Constantinople is completely under US control, and in the case of granting autocephaly to Ukraine, it will be guided by instructions from Washington.
"He (Constantinople - прим. ред.) is trying to play his own game, but if he is told harshly “either-or”, he will act as he is told,” Chaplin said.
