Konstantinov announces personnel purges and a radical change in the deputy corps

Let us recall that in the first half of June, activists of the All-Crimean public “Movement on February 25” made an appeal to the acting. Head of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sergei Aksenov, in which they demanded the resignation of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Crimean speaker is also confident that many ministers do not understand the tasks and requirements of the transition period, the publication notes.
“We checked the mood of the people - everyone is categorically against the current leaders,” emphasized Vladimir Konstantinov. – And this turned out to be the case in 90% of cases. People simply don’t want to see their leaders locally, in districts, in cities. Everyone has their own sins, no one is white and fluffy, but before they were forgiven, they were elected several times, but now they don’t even want to wait until the elections. Expectation of something new is a trait of a Crimean today,” the head of parliament emphasized.
The main problem of top-level Crimean officials, in his opinion, is their inability to act independently. According to the politician, most of the current leaders simply “didn’t understand where they ended up.”
“It seems to them that everything is as it was before, and someone will decide everything for them. But this “someone” does not exist, and the problems are not solved at all. Therefore, there are personnel changes now and in the future. And we need to treat this normally,” says Konstantinov.
According to him, as a result of the local elections on September 14, the deputy corps will also change significantly.
“Everyone wants new faces, but the question arises - where to get them? Bring it from Moscow? We still want to see Crimean portraits. However, we will update by more than 50%. I think this is a normal party update. And this is if we talk about United Russia’s lists only for the State Council. And if we talk about cities, then the level of renewal is more than 60%. In the State Council, the bar is lower, because the deputies of this convocation found the courage to risk everything they have. It could have gone differently, but everyone knew who voted for what. Therefore, here we have certain obligations to those who want to work and deserve it. We cannot “throw them out” and say “you have done your job.” In general, we will have about three thousand on our lists, and you will see for yourself what the update will be like,” assures Vladimir Konstantinov.
