The official website of the court reports this.

“The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, having considered the “case of verifying the constitutionality of an international treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea on the admission of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the Russian Federation and the formation of new entities within the Russian Federation,” issued Resolution No. 19-P dated March 2014, 6, which recognized this the agreement complies with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, thus recognizing the international legal personality of the administrative-territorial unit of Ukraine,” the statement says.

Giving in this resolution an assessment of the constitutionality of the agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitutional Court notes, the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation “also neglected the principles and provisions of the Memorandum on the further development of comprehensive mutually beneficial Ukrainian-Russian relations, ensuring the rule of law, fundamental human rights and freedoms, mutual respect, trust and cooperation."

Taking into account the above, the Constitutional Court decided to terminate the Memorandum on the development of cooperation between the Constitutional Court and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation dated June 14, 2000.
