The Constitutional Court of Ukraine decides what to do with decommunization
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine is today considering the case on the constitutionality of the law on decommunization adopted during Poroshenko’s time, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The press service of the court will report this.
“Continuation of the consideration of the case on the constitutional submission of 46 people’s deputies of Ukraine regarding the compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine (constitutionality) of the Law of Ukraine “On the condemnation of the communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and the ban on the propaganda of their symbols,” the message says.
The case will be considered in a closed plenary session.
Earlier, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine again postponed the consideration of the case on the constitutionality of the provisions of the law “On Cleansing Power,” which the team of the new President Vladimir Zelensky insists on.
