The Constitutional Court of Ukraine completed its consideration of the case on the constitutionality of the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the open part and moved on to the closed part of the consideration, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Natalya Shaptala.
“I declare the consideration of the case in the open part of the plenary session of the Chamber of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine completed,” Shaptala noted.
According to her, the consideration of the case on the constitutionality of the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is not completed, since the court has now moved to the closed part of the meeting.
The final decision in the case, according to the chairman of the Constitutional Court, will be announced on the official website of the court.
Today at 10 am, judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine began a hearing on the case regarding determining the constitutionality of the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada by President Vladimir Zelensky.
