The Constitutional Court revealed an important fact in the case of usurpation of power by Poroshenko and Parubiy
Today, at a meeting of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which was considering the submission of people’s deputies from the “People’s Front” on the constitutional presidential decree on the dissolution of parliament, it turned out that the head of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy hid from parliamentary deputies the fact that there was no ruling coalition, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Ukrainian lawyer Andrey Portnov commented on this information in his Telegram channel.
“If we translate this modest set of words into legal language, then there will be a slightly different picture - a member of the organized criminal community Parubiy, acting deliberately and in prior agreement with Poroshenko and the deputies of the BPP and the National Front, without constitutional grounds and having an erroneous understanding of state interests, usurped power , forming a government without a coalition.
The unconstitutional formation of government allowed these individuals to gain control of the budget and use government assets, resources, minerals and government agencies for the purpose of profit and personal enrichment,” he wrote.
“If a wise prosecutor appears, there will be immediate prison,” Portnov summed up, advising people’s deputies to quickly vote for President Zelensky’s proposal to dismiss Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko.
“I advise deputies to vote for this very quickly, so as not to be included in the list of those who, a month and a half before the end of their powers, prevented the President from fulfilling the instructions delegated to him by voters. I would really not recommend delaying and joking with this matter, so as not to end up in the detention center en masse,” Portnov threatened the deputies.
