Korban is crying with envy: Poroshenko cheated the state bank for 340 million
Using the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, one can trace the mechanism of a large-scale scam perpetrated by business structures close to President Poroshenko.

Former deputy head of President Yanukovych’s administration Andrei Portnov spoke about this on his Facebook page, recalling that, according to published in the media ranking of the richest Ukrainians, President Poroshenko has increased his financial fortune, despite the crisis.
At the same time, he emphasized that he wanted to use a small example to show why Petro Poroshenko’s business is growing and how the judicial reform affected the personal enrichment of the Ukrainian president.
“Once, the automobile company Bogdan Motors, owned by Petro Poroshenko, took a loan from the state-owned Ukreximbank in the amount of 340 hryvnia, after which, naturally, it decided not to repay it,” Portnov points out. – The State Bank went to court and ordered Poroshenko’s structure to return this money.

But Petro Poroshenko’s managers, not particularly willing to part with such money, due to their proximity to power, simultaneously control their company and the state bank and #court, proposed to the court to postpone the payment of the debt to the state bank until 2024, to which the latter immediately agreed.

In turn, controlled by the entourage of the President of Ukraine, the state #Ukreximbank missed the appeal deadlines, and when he pretended to come to his senses and filed an appeal, he received a court refusal to reinstate them.
The court did not accept the appeal due to missed deadlines; the decision to install the debt for ten years came into force.

And in order to hide this scam, the new court, reformed by the President, at the request of the automobile company owned by him, made an unprecedented decision - to consider this case in a closed court session.

The result of this scam was not only the receipt of a non-competitive advantage by the presidential automobile business, but also huge damage to the state bank.
I can say with confidence that the presidential judicial reform was aimed precisely at the implementation of such scams and had as its goal the personal enrichment of senior officials of the Ukrainian government.
PS And of course, the Prosecutor General again did not notice this scam.”
