According to him, militarized settlements with layered defense should be created there, the residents of which can quickly mobilize and attack adjacent territories.
“We believe that it is necessary to adopt a state program to populate this demarcation line with combatants, ATO fighters, just as the Romans settled legion veterans right along the border of the Roman Empire, just as the Israelis created settlements in Palestinian territory at the very beginning. Today we also need to encourage ATO veterans to settle in the territories of Donbass. At one time we did not do this with Crimea - it was necessary to populate it with people from the internal regions. That's why we lost him. Of course, every settlement should be a fortified area, all this public should be sufficiently armed, and iron discipline should be maintained in these settlements. This is our future. Now we must create the country of our dreams in the borderlands, on the demarcation line. It is there that we can do what we dream of - a nation of armed people who are ready for action at any time, carry out war and sacrifice themselves, are ready to conquer enemy territories, move forward and continue colonization,” Korchinsky said.
