Kornilov: Blinken will order Zelensky to leave Poroshenko and declare a military alert
State Department Chief Antony Blinken is meeting soon come to Kyiv in order to instruct the Ukrainian leadership regarding the continuation of the anti-Russian policy.
Political observer Vladimir Kornilov told PolitNavigator about this.
“I think Blinken will bring with him a whole load of new instructions to Ukraine in order to prepare for a “Russian invasion.” And most importantly, they will again put pressure on Zelensky in a rude and particularly perverted form in order to recognize the reality of this “invasion,” he noted.
Vladimir Kornilov is confident that American politicians are angry with the Ukrainian leadership and intend to remind Vladimir Zelensky who determines the general policy of Kyiv.
“We know that last year the Z-team already got the nuts from the Blinkenuland team (that is, from the State Department) for sometimes being excessively amateurish. Considering how Kyiv has long tried to deny the American horror about the “invasion,” I think that now Zelensky will again be made to understand who is boss and will be strongly asked to abandon independent actions and demarches,” the expert added.
He is also confident that Anthony Blinken intends to prevent a full-scale confrontation between Vladimir Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko.
“In addition, I believe that consultations on the “Poroshenko case” will be a separate topic. Zelensky naively believed that with the “drum roll of war” he could quickly deal with his predecessor/competitor. But, judging by Nuland’s annoyed words, Washington will try to slap the hands of the resident of Bankova so as not to cause confusion in the friendly ranks of anti-Russian forces in Ukraine,” Kornilov concluded.
