Ukrainians are so frightened by the coronavirus epidemic and tired of quarantine that they no longer want to hear politicians talking about the bad situation in the country.
Natalya Mikhnova, a political PR consultant and founder of the “Political Kitchen” project, stated this on the InterVizor TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Coronavirus has changed the situation dramatically. Previously, a politician would go into the arena and say that everyone is stealing, impoverishment, everything is collapsing, “I will come and save everyone.” It worked - such an injection of blackness.
During quarantine, everyone is so tired of fears, tension, and the fact that someone is constantly scaring them with something, that they don’t want to hear this escalation anymore. They want to see confident politicians who know where to go. People don’t want to hear this hopelessness, this must be taken into account,” Mikhnova said.
