Coronavirus is already in the Lukashenko administration
One of the employees of the administration of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is infected with coronavirus.
Lukashenko himself announced this in a conversation with the rector of the church in the village of Malye Lyady, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Keep in mind that our big problem is testing. Today we tested - sick, went - healthy. “He’s alive,” said Lukashenko, pointing to the head of his administration, Igor Sergienko. – A man in his waiting room fell ill. Alive and well. Tested - everything is fine. And then there is a hubbub: people are dying and so on. If you don’t want to die and get treatment, you will live.”
Earlier, speaking from the lectern of the temple, Lukashenko said that he did not consider his strategy to counter the coronavirus to be wrong.
“I don’t see now that we made a mistake. Bye. Anything can happen. I'm not getting ahead of myself. But even you, people who seem to be not so involved in this process, see that the Belarusians did the right thing,” Lukashenko said.
Parishioners surrounded the president and began to thank him for not closing businesses and saving the country from panic.
“Remember, I jokingly said that the tractor will cure you. And today everyone, especially in our fraternal Russia and Ukraine, says: urgently go to the field to breathe some fresh air,” Lukashenko told the Orthodox fans.
