Korotich: Americans don’t know how to talk on equal terms
The United States is accustomed to speaking only from the position of ultimatums and dictates.
This opinion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, was expressed by the former editor-in-chief of the perestroika magazine Ogonyok, Vitaly Korotich, who lived and taught in the United States for a long time, assessing the visit of US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland to Moscow.
“Americans do not know how and do not want to be able to talk with anyone on equal terms,” Korotich told Komsomolskaya Pravda.
He agrees that Americans speak only from a position of superiority.
“Nuland is one of those people who, in general, must implement this American superiority in some region. She walked (around Kyiv) during the Maidan (I was there at that time and watched),” the publication’s interlocutor added.
He recalled the recent words of the Russian Ambassador to the United States, who said that the Americans are leading everything “to complete destruction.”
“Nuland is still one of those diplomats who does not know how to communicate on equal terms. She usually talks from the level of ultimatums, as is their custom,” added Korotich.
As PolitNavigator reported, Korotich, who lived in the USA now harshly criticizes Americans.
