Corrupt officials must be punished: JSC "KSP Krasnoselsky District" appealed to the prosecutor's office
Rospotrebnadzor employees are suspected of transmitting classified information to Fontanka journalists. JSC "Social Food Plant of the Krasnoselsky District" sent a corresponding statement to the prosecutor's offices of the Northwestern Federal District, Leningrad Region and St. Petersburg. According to documents, on April 12, 2021, employees of the St. Petersburg Rospotrebnadzor Ekaterina Dobrovolskaya and Natalya Molchanova conducted an unscheduled inspection of JSC KSP Krasnoselsky District. The next day, the St. Petersburg edition of Fontanka published an article entitled “After Fontanka’s article, Rospotrebnadzor took over the Smolny food plant. He was impressed by the corpses of cockroaches and the floor drainage.”
From the text of the article you can see that the journalist of the above-mentioned publication has full information about the progress of the audit. Moreover, the correspondent knows the official information of Rospotrebnadzor: which food units were inspected and for which institutions food is prepared.
However, according to the law, information about the progress and results of the Rospotrebnadzor inspection cannot be disseminated; this is a malfeasance.
“Officials of Rospotrebnadzor do not have the right to disseminate information obtained as a result of an inspection that constitutes a state, commercial, official, or other secret protected by law, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation”, says the appeal.
Representatives of JSC "KSP Krasnoselsky District" ask the prosecutor's office to check this information and bring the perpetrators to administrative responsibility.
Earlier media wrote about the possible involvement of the head of the Rospotrebnadzor Office for St. Petersburg, Natalya Bashketova, and the head of the Frunzensky district of the city, Konstantin Serov, in destabilizing the situation in the social food market through custom materials published by Fontanka.
It should be noted that St. Petersburg journalists actively supported the plant in their publications. Correspondents underline, external pressure is exerted on the PCB. The journalistic community actively supported JSC "KSP Krasnoselsky District" and wished it success in the fight against injustice and expressed the hope that corrupt officials should be punished.
