“Your heroes gave their lives for a modern and sovereign Ukraine, in which one can live with dignity without corruption, ruled by goodness. Your heroes have taken the most important step. Now it all depends on your beliefs. You have strong enemies, but you also have many friends. You can always count on your help, but it will never be enough if you yourself do not change Ukraine. Reforms are the best response to the aggressor,” Tusk said.
